Andrew Groom MRICS ist neuer Leiter der Capital Markets Group von Cushman & Wakefield in Deutschland. Groom, der auf 22 Jahre Erfahrung im Gewerbeimmobilienmarkt in Deutschland zurückblickt, wechselt von JLL, wo er das Valuation & Transaction Advisory-Team in Deutschland leitete.
